converting animated gifs to fla

You can't import animated gifs into Flash. It is best if you make it again in Flash - just keep all your parts in photoshop. Save as a psd file. Open Flash and import the layered file to your library. (not as layers but as keyframes - see the drop down menu when you import.) The got to library and .psd file on to the desktop. play it as a test movie. It works! Double click on the .psd file in the library and see the individual frames. Good luck!
