css & tables DMW
css basics.
html as a replacement for tables. Something to work towards. It depends on:
1. your skill level - it takes on a bit of time to get the basics of css boxes
2. the amount of visual flexibility you want in your site . See my notes on grunge and random site design vs grid structure.
3. its a question of understanding the box model and floats
